Moreover, we commit to demonstrating our values in our collective work, interactions, and engagements with UCI students, campus partners, as well as the community at-large.

Pillars »

The Strategic Plan Pillars represent important long term, broad areas of focus for the collective work of the Division of Student Affairs. The Pillars also communicate the Division’s priorities and the type of work in which we will engage in over the next three years to fulfill the mission.  The Pillars are supported by measurable goals.

Vision

A short, aspirational statement describing what the efforts of the Division of Student Affairs strives to create. This is the inspiring ideal or “dream” state.

Mission

This is the organizational purpose statement.  It’s describing what you do, how you do it, and why you do it.  It should be present tense, concise, and outcome oriented. 

Values
