About the Program

Internationally-known playwright Jeff Stetson discusses his use of multiple media for social change. This session is designed to help participants clarify their own intentions in writing and other communication. Stetson's works for stage (The Meeting and Fraternity), screen (For the Love of Liberty) and print (Blood on the Leaves) raise questions about current and possible narratives on identities and culture. The forum includes Q & A opportunities and aims to increase awareness about media, and image and the roles that they play in shaping identity and culture.
