- Leadership Success Program – Senior Leaders *Cohort Program, multiple sessions. Participants must be Career Tracks level M2 and M3, and they lead supervisors, managers, and senior individual contributors under them.
- UC People Management Series
- Coaching *Requires active participation and self reflection. Contact Dr. Dwuena Wyre, SA Sr. HR Business Partner for coaching opportunities and details. Coaching services may be internal or external to UCI. SA Departments are responsible for all related fees.
