About the AI Initiative

The Student Affairs AI Initiative is designed to empower our staff and student employees with the knowledge, tools, and ethical frameworks needed to responsibly integrate artificial intelligence. We will integrate artificial intelligence across our division to enhance staff efficiency, improve student support services, and prepare our campus for the future of higher education. We see AI not as a replacement for our staff’s creativity and expertise, but as an accelerator — helping us craft better communications, analyze information more quickly, and scale support for our diverse student population.

Our mission is to responsibly introduce and support AI tools that allow Student Affairs to:
