Student Affairs Creative & Marketing Communications is an in-house creative services team embedded within the Office of the Vice Chancellor, Student Affairs. The team is composed of full-time and student staff members with various areas of familiarity and expertise within the design, marketing and communications realms.

Representatives from any Student Affairs unit may request creative work.
Our services are available to all units within Student Affairs at no additional cost beyond any tangible items or services that may be requested (i.e., printed handbooks or promotional items).

Services provided

Graphic design & marketing

Print publications, web/email/social media graphics, Zotmails, slide decks, event ephemera, enlargements, vectorization of elements, photo editing and more

Consultation & training

Marketing strategy, campus branding, design principles, best practices, social media

Campus connections

Introductions within the division and to campus departments, services and centers.

Creative & Marketing Communications staff are active members of various campus workgroups related to communications, social media, branding, university-wide events, pandemic communications, continuity planning and more. We are vastly connected to marketing and communications folks across the UCI, UCI Health and UC systems. Several members of the team are also active in local AIGA chapters, NASPA and other professional orgs.
